Christina M. Santiago is principal trainer of Rising Above LLC, a training and development company which offers keynotes, on-site training, and executive coaching. She is an Advanced Certified Human Behavior Consultant in association with Personality Insights. Christina is also founder of Sky Diva Oils, a holistic health and wellness company using pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. Christina has been featured on CNBC On the Money and Cablevision For the Health of it. She is a contributing expert in Latina magazine (June ’07) for an article on decision-making and trusting your intuition. Her published articles include topics on success, management communications, and career changers.
In recognition for her leadership, Christina was the recipient of the 2007 Women of Inspiration Award in the category of women business owner.
This prestigious award is given by the National Association of Women Business Owners North Central Jersey Chapter with the Institute for Sustainable Enterprise, Silberman College of Business, Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Summa Cum Laude, from St. Mary’s University. Her background is in human resources, communication, marketing, public relations, and wellness. She speaks Spanish and French. Christina is a member of several professional and community organizations. In her spare time, Christina is pursuing her life’s passion of flying by attaining a private pilot certificate.
