Create a Communication& Collaboration Ecosystem

Well, I am blessed and lucky to meet you at Terra. Through your program I’m prepared to face challenges anywhere I go … you know how to build leaders.

I hired Rising Above to build a Leadership Development Program for the management team at my facility, and it was outstanding. A genuine leader in every sense of the word, Rising Above built a program that met the specific development needs of my team members and then personally worked to deliver some of the best training sessions I have ever been a part of. Her authentic leadership style combined with piercing insights into human motivations combine to deliver impactful development experiences for everyone she works with. In a short amount of time, Rising Above became a trusted confidant and partner that helped me continue to drive the performance improvements I needed from my organization. She's the best!

Rising Above is the best mix of expertise and passion in an instructor. I took her communication course as part of my continuing professional education. At the same time, Rising Above is energetic, connects with learners, and makes sessions a ton of fun. I loved every minute of her course. Rising Above is a knowledgeable, high-energy instructor, coach, and facilitator.

Rising Above served as a facilitator during several classes at our company's location. They bring a dynamic approach to learning that not only makes the class interesting but gets people involved in the process. They have a strong command of the subject material and are willing to take the class in the direction that most benefits the audience. In particular, the class on the subject of "The Psychology of Winning Teams" helped to address a number of deficiencies that managers sometimes face, and gave us effective tools to use with our teams going forward. I look forward to having further training with her and highly recommend her.
